Our client is currently seeking an IT Support Engineer. You will be part of a support function that is responsible for managing live issues, providing excellent customer care and supporting a growing customer base.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to monitoring the internal network, web and email servers, providing IT support to desktop users in the company, assisting in implementing changes to Applications, Network, Server, Data Centre and NOC Duties and providing support via phone, email and sit visit when required.
The successful candidate will have a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or similar, relevant experience in IT, an understanding of networking and familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems. Willingness to work on a shift rotation is essential for this role.
