Our client is currently seeking an IT Technical Support Manager. The role is focused on the day-to-day operational and technical support of the IT Department.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to being a pro-active leader of the IT function, offering a high-level of customer service to the Group, dealing with incoming support telephone calls and email enquiries; building rapport, establishing needs and appropriately allocating to the relevant individual / actively resolving the call yourself and being a representative for ISO and GDPR on IT systems and security to ensure policies are in place and followed.
The successful candidate will have a recognised IT qualification or degree with a minimum of 3 years' experience in an IT Management/Leadership role.
