We currently have an excellent opportunity available for a hardworking individual with a keen interest in IT.
Our client is currently seeking Junior IT Support to join their expanding team. With plans for growth, this is an exciting time to join a busy Support team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Providing first line support to clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Answering helpdesk calls and assisting with queries.
Responding, documenting, and resolving support tickets in a timely manner.
Diagnosing and resolving technical hardware and software issues.
Following up with clients to ensure issues have been fully resolved.
Escalating any issues requiring urgent attention.
Preparing computers, setting up accounts, repairing and replacing equipment, testing new technology.
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
A keen interest in IT is essential.
Previous experience in a similar IT support role is an advantage but not essential.
Strong computer literacy with some experience of operating systems.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to liaise with clients.
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
