Our client is seeking to recruit a Junior Administrator who will assist the administration team with their work.
Key Responsibilities: Scanning documents to the electronic storage system. Filing documents on the client files. Assembling due diligence packs. Arranging notarisation of documents and apostilles. Generating annual returns. Preparation of minutes. Setting up files for new clients and assisting with the on-boarding paperwork.
The successful candidate will have experience working in the trust and company sector. Good attention to detail. Positive attitude. Working knowledge of Outlook and Viewpoint would be advantageous.
