LEGAL OFFICER | ref.MF369
Job Purpose: Attend to legal queries and ensure quality delivery of legal documents across the business in line with the relevant practices and procedures. General support to the Head of Legal in day to day operations including projects, governance, record keeping and departmental management.
Key Responsibilities: To ensure quality and timely delivery of legal department documentation. Attendance at committee meetings and ensure active and solution orientated participation in relation to legal matters arising. Communication of legal updates on all new legislations. Drafting, vetting and producing various legal documents.
The successful candidate will have at least 4 years’ experience in financial services. 1-2 years’ experience in legal drafting or regulatory analysis. A degree in Law/LLB.
