Our client is looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their busy Douglas office. This role offers the opportunity to provide secretarial support across multiple departments within a dynamic law firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audio typing and preparing/amending draft documents.
- Handling telephone calls and emails, as well as making appointments and assisting with client queries.
- General office duties such as photocopying, filing, opening, and preparing files for storage.
- Providing reception cover when necessary.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a secretary, ideally within a legal environment.
- A strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Well-organised, punctual, and efficient, with excellent communication skills.
- A team player who can also work independently using initiative.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
