An exciting opportunity has arisen to become the manager of a friendly and supportive Client Services team.
Reporting to the Senior Manager you will assist in the running of the client services department by supporting and supervising an administration team, and planning and evaluating department activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Assisting senior management in overseeing the administration of client services team and ensuring clients receive a high level of service.
Liaising directly and building relationships with clients and intermediaries.
Maintaining a varied portfolio of trust and company clients.
Overseeing various company and trust administration tasks.
Key contact for staff and clients.
Staff development and training.
Coordination of the team’s overall workflow and schedules.
Supervising and supporting administration staff.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Part or qualified STEP/ICSA or equivalent.
At least 5 to 7 years in a TCSP administration environment in managing a client portfolio.
Management and supervision.
CCH, Viewpoint and Laserfiche would be an advantage but not essential.
