Job Description

Are you a seasoned professional with experience in client services and a passion for managing high-net-worth, multi-jurisdictional clients? Our client is looking for a Manager of Client Services to take on a pivotal role within their team. As a Client Company Director, you will be responsible for the compliant management of client companies, ensuring adherence to all legislative and regulatory requirements while delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of medium to high-risk clients, providing trust and company administration services.
  • Ensure the Client Contact Programme (CCP) is actively maintained and meets agreed standards.
  • Oversee the management and review of investments, client assets, and associated documentation.
  • Prepare minutes, resolutions, and undertake statutory filings.
  • Manage client bank accounts, authorizing payment instructions and processing financial transactions.
  • Conduct Annual or Biannual Client Reviews and Risk Assessments, ensuring they are completed on time.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership in developing and implementing the company's business plan.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining a high standard of corporate governance.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Degree or equivalent professional qualification/experience in financial services.
  • Proven experience in client service delivery, particularly with high-net-worth clients.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong organizational skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, including FSA, AML, and data protection.
  • Ability to manage complex client portfolios and deliver innovative service improvements.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly.
