Job Description

Our client is currently seeking a Mergers & Acquisitions Manager.The role will be involved from the origination of mergers and acquisitions opportunities to their successful completion and integration into the Group and to assist the Head of M&A with driving acquisitive growth within Europe.

The list of duties is not exhaustive and may change from time to time according to business needs. They include, research and analysis of the market to devise appropriate Group strategies and management of target origination, screening potential acquisition targets, working with legal advisors to ensure the legal document reflects the agreed deal and supporting and in some cases leading deal negotiations with valuation and financial modelling, attending meetings with potential targets.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting and a natural affinity for understanding commercial transactions. Ideally the candidate will hold a degree in Law, Accounting, Finance or Business Administration and a minimum of 3 years' pervious work experience in a relevant role.
