MANAGER; OPERATION CHANGE – BANKING | ref. MF300
Job Purpose: To lead, motivate and manage the Operations Change Support team to maximise performance and support the Operations innovation and efficiency culture through delivery of special projects, robotic automations and ongoing continuous improvement initiatives which will deliver value adding change for different stakeholder groups and improve the overall client experience.
Requirements: 3-4 years’ experience gained within a Banking operations or Change role, preferably across a variety of teams. This must include people and process management.
Have strong knowledge of banking systems and how to use these systems to gather information to support change requirements.
