Our client is seeking a Managing Consultant.
The purpose of the role is the development and retention of the book. You will support the Managing Consultant in delivering defined sales targets and offering ideas for sales campaigns, work with Client Services to ensure effective onboarding of applicants, deal with telephone enquiries from contractors in the UK, manage prospective employees through a structured onboarding process, maintain an effective contact strategy with your leads and existing portfolio of clients, and create your own self sourced business by outbound calling to contractors, agencies and accountancy firms.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above including English and Mathematics, have 2 years proven sales background, and have the ability to proactively manage stakeholders (internal and external).
