Our client is currently seeking a Mandarin Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join their team. The candidate will be working as part of a collaborative customer services team within the eGaming industry, managing customer queries via various channels including chat, email and telephone.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing first contact resolution of customer issues, handling administrative queries such as resetting passwords and troubleshooting and handling complicated and sensitive customer enquiries.
The successful candidate will possess good customer service skills and be a team player with a positive attitude. Verbal and written fluency in English and Mandarin in a must.
This role will also require shift work.
Visa/work permit application sponsorship is available for this role as well as a relocation allowance.
