Our client, a leading international provider of corporate, trust, tax, accounting, and fund administration services, is seeking a Marketing and CRM Manager for a 6-month contract. This role offers the opportunity to manage and enhance the CRM system while supporting business development activities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily CRM queries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with finance to address data gaps and support revenue tracking.
- Support the global intermediary programme, taking responsibility for roughly 50% of this area over the next six months.
- Create and enhance dashboards tailored to the Funds, Corporate, and Private Wealth divisions.
- Assist with email marketing lists, campaigns, and business development activities.
- Deliver the CRM development plan, aligned with the company's business strategy.
- Provide accurate and timely business development reporting.
- Deliver CRM training across the group and support M&A activities.
Requirements:
- Experience with CRM systems and data tracking.
- Knowledge of the funds, corporate, and private wealth sectors is advantageous.
- Experience using social media content management systems and design software.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage budgets.
- A proactive, solutions-driven attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships at all levels.
