An exciting new opportunity has arisen with our client as a Marketing Manager.
The lucky holder of this role will join the team on an 18-month contract.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Manage the overall brand and communications for our client, as well as being responsible for all the digital and PR.
Assist on strategic and tactical matters as they relate to key areas such as; Product and Marketing strategies and implementation, Digital and Brand development and integrity, Internal and External Communications and Public Relations.
Brand Development & strategy.
Content Marketing.
Organic and paid social media strategy and multi-channel management.
Website & SEO.
Copywriting.
Events.
Development and implementation of effective communications strategies.
Develop CRM capabilities to aid direct engagement activities and brand sentiment.
Create and coordinate content for press releases, articles, blog entries, and internal communications.
Use of passive advertising and employee engagement tools to aid EX, attraction and retention.
Identify and interpret facts, synthesise ideas, and translate strategy into accurate, meaningful messages.
Set and report against ambitious targets to achieve brand cut-through and desired market positioning as well as marketing optimisations.
Set and manage a marketing budget that achieves business objectives.
Prepare, update, and share key messages and related materials.
Develop and implement local PR and media relations.
Drive positive engagement with internal audiences, delivering compelling communications that increase business and market awareness, promoting a culture of information sharing and making staff take notice and action where relevant.
Service multiple customers, driving their marketing efforts forwards in collaboration with in-house resources, ensuring systems create a seamless customer experience.
Ensure customer accounts are appropriately managed including contracts, reporting, billing and commercial sensibility is applied.
Agency onboarding and management
Work with partners to deliver CSR and ESG strategies that support Company and customer objectives.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related discipline.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels in writing and speech.
Comprehensive understanding of communication channels and methodologies.
Strong commercial acumen and outstanding interpersonal skills.
Passion and facility for driving engagement with external and internal audiences.
Outstanding written communication skills and excellent command of the English language.
Ability to produce high-quality written content to tight deadlines.
Relevant experience working in a dynamic corporate environment.
Experience working with creative agencies.
