Our client is currently seeking a high performing Administrator to join their Client Services team and assist with processing new business, servicing and claims related tasks.
You will have excellent customer service and communication skills and will understand the needs of clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Working closely with Accounts, Compliance and Relationship Management teams to ensure all tasks are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
Providing superior levels of customer support by dealing with client and intermediary queries promptly.
Providing concise and professional support to intermediaries, investment advisors and clients by telephone, email, and post.
Working with clients to ensure that business meets the compliance requirements, particularly Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful candidate will have:
Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing a high standard of service.
Knowledge of and experience within financial services and life assurance.
Knowledge and understanding of internal compliance requirements, particularly Anti Money Laundering.
