Our client is looking for an office support administrator to join their busy team. This role would ideally suit an enthusiastic school leaver.
Key responsibilities: General typing duties; audio, copy and accounts. Photocopying and filing. Secretarial and administrative support for other Departments as required. First point of contact for all clients and visitor to the office. Greeting clients and Institutional Contacts in a polite and friendly manner and directing their call as appropriate
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and motivated. Smart and professionally presented with a customer service orientation. Conversant with Microsoft Office and Outlook. Have good organisational skills.
