An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our client’s company as Onboarding Administrator as a part of a busy team, helping to perform onboarding tasks within the team and answer queries relating to investments held by clients in fund products in accordance with agreed procedures.
As Onboarding Administrator, you will have knowledge of KYC and AML requirements, help to perform onboarding tasks within the team, and answer queries relating to investments held by clients in fund products in accordance with agreed procedures.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Knowledge of due diligence / KYC / AML requirements
Knowledge of on-boarding processes.
Experience in a client service role within the fund industry.
Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to deal with external and internal customers with a confident and polite manner.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
