Our client is currently seeking an Operations Manager. The purpose of the role is to lead, motivate and develop direct reports to maximise performance, unlock individual/team potential and deliver operational excellence.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to managing Team Leaders effectively and their oversight over staff attendance, discipline, productivity, quality of work, adherence to targets and other requirements for optimum performance and harmony in the operational team, ensuring that processes and procedures to manage risk are understood and observed within own area, with known/emerging risks managed swiftly and vigilantly and ensuring that all systems required for operational output are available and in good working order and, where required, engage the relevant persons or service providers to ensure quick resolution.
The successful candidate will have 3-5 years' in a similar role.
