Our client is currently seeking a Personal Assistant. The purpose of the role is to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Group Risk Director and the Group Risk, Legal and Compliance Team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to organising diaries, meetings (internal and external) and ensuring that all relevant information and documentation is available ahead of time, making travel arrangements including flights, hotel, visas and preparation of detailed itineraries and typing correspondence, reports, presentations, minutes and other documents, as required.
The successful candidate will have 2 years' experience in a similar role with excellent organisation and communication skills.
