PAYMENTS ADMINISTRATOR | ref.MF366
Job Purpose: To effect payments, handle exceptions and queries, administer products and meet stakeholder needs. To accurately undertake the processing of payment instructions, reconciliations and payment investigations work, whilst always considering continuous improvement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities: Support the payments processes by validating, authorising, processing and releasing outward payments accurately and timeously to ensure that service levels are adhered to. Participate in and support the resolution of queries relating to Payment investigations. Identify and escalate any suspicious activity to the manager.
The successful candidate will have 5 GCSEs with a minimum grade C in both Maths and English.
