Our client is seeking two Payroll Administrators.
Working as part of a team, you will ensure weekly contractor timesheets are processed efficiently and on time to guarantee they receive their salary payments each week.
The ideal candidate will already have payroll, accounts or book-keeping experience or that of financial and banking knowledge from a similar working environment. Excellent knowledge and experience in Microsoft Excel is essential, whilst a good working knowledge of payroll systems and banking software would also be advantageous. You will be able to deal with complicated payroll calculations and follow a strict but methodical process to ensure contractors are paid correctly each week and on time. This is a busy and challenging role, you will therefore have the ability to work under pressure at times to meet specific deadlines.
