Job Description


Our client is currently seeking a Pensions Administrator with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service to join their team.

Key responsibilities include, correctly updating amendments to client records, validating and correctly processing new business applications and transfer in payments, dealing with, understanding and processing death claims and assisting with investigation and response to any complaints.

The successful candidate will have knowledge of pensions, specifically IOM pension legislation and knowledge of internal compliance requirements, in particular AML.
