Job Description


Our client is currently seeking a Pensions Administrator with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service to join their busy team on a permanent basis.

The role holder will be responsible for delivering an accurate, timely and high standard of service to clients, updating amendments to client records, correct processing of new business applications and assisting with the investigation and response to any complaints.

The successful candidate will have knowledge and understanding of internal compliance requirements in particular with respect to AML, knowledge of IOM pension legislation and previous experience in a similar position within financial services.
