Our client is seeking a dedicated Pensions Executive to join their team in Isle of Man. As a Pensions Executive, you will play a key role in providing administration assistance and support to the Pensions department. This includes the administration of master trust pension schemes, international group schemes, personal pension schemes, benefit payments, investments, pension transfers, bookkeeping of pension scheme assets, and new client take-on processes. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to directly liaise with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration of master trust pension schemes and international group schemes, with potential involvement in personal pension schemes administration
- Managing benefit payments, investments, and pension transfers
- Bookkeeping of pension scheme assets
- Assisting in the new client take-on process
- Liaising directly with clients
Key Skills and Experience:
- 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above
- Ideally 1 year in an administration environment, with experience in client portfolio administration being advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & Word. Experience with VT, CCH, and Laserfiche is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on own initiative, under pressure, and to strict deadlines
