Purpose of role: To be the first point of contact and provide an exceptional level of service to clients through phone and email in response to specific client communications.
Key Responsibilities: Provide value through delivering an exceptional level of service to clients through phone and email. Build relationships with customers by understanding the customer and servicing the customer needs appropriately. Maintain awareness of volumes throughout the team and prioritise work to ensure service levels are attained.
The successful candidate will have experience in a financial services environment or a strong level of customer service experience. 5 GCSEs with a minimum grade C in Maths and English.
