Our client is currently seeking a Project Support Officer to join their team. The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the IT and Change department.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting the Programme Managers Office (PMO) team in the production of project documentation including plans, reports and presentations, supporting the delivery of IT & Change board reports and committee packs and preparing and distributing information to stakeholders utilising Smartsheets and other management information.
The successful candidate will have experience in operating under a formal methodology, such as PRINCE2, ISEB/ISTQB etc. Experience in using Microsoft Office products – SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint is essential.
