QUALIFIED ACCOUNTANT

An exciting new opportunity has arisen with our client to join them as a Qualified Accountant based in Isle of Man.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:


Reporting to one of the Financial Reporting Managers
Ensuring source data used by the Financial Reporting team is delivered on time and of high quality
Working with the finance and senior management team to keep pace with accounting and regulatory development
Preparing internal, external, and regulatory reports
Supporting the monthly close process within agreed timelines
Engaging with management and regulators as required to explain the results
Participating in project work to enhance financial reporting


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:


Qualified accountant, or very nearly qualified with experience
Financial reporting and management accounting experience
Good Excel skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work to challenging deadlines
