Our client at a Shipping company is currently seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join their team. The purpose of the role is to act as a key figure in the maintenance and support of recruitment activities within the company.
Responsibilities include supporting the recruitment team with the review, shortlisting and selection of officers to join the international fleet, providing and delivering solutions to enhance a candidates’ experience while delivering a cost effect and time efficient recruitment service to customers and identifying and accurately updating the company system with candidates’ documentation, organising short courses and additional training as required.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous recruitment experience but above all will be an excellent communicator who is able to demonstrate professional verbal and written skills.
