RISK MANAGER | ref.MF448
This role will involve the delivery of an effective Risk Management framework. The role holder will lead a programme of Risk and Control assessments, manage and develop a framework of risk appetite measures and provide support for the Head of Risk and other senior managers.
Key Responsibilities: Provide the Risk Committee with an objective evaluation of the adequacy and effectiveness of internal control and risk management framework. Ongoing development of the Risk Management framework, designing, building and implementing robust tools for managing risk. Identify, document, assess and monitor the risks to which exposed, and the controls in place to manage those risks. Actively train and coach employees on the key concepts of risk management to foster a positive risk management culture.
The successful candidate will hold a relevant professional qualification. Have a minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience. Up to date working knowledge of international risk management methodologies.
