We have an exciting opportunity for a creative and passionate individual to join a fast-growing technology services business as Sales & Account Manager.
Within this role, the successful applicant will play an integral role in representing the business. You will leverage your industry experience and build relationships with existing clients whilst creating new opportunities that supports the client’s objectives by utilising the company’s technical solutions, and services, whilst ensuring the business is recognised as an industry leader.
The successful applicant will be responsible for all aspects of the sales pipeline, existing client accounts and maintain and support key deliverables across Commercial, Product, Technology and Marketing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Work with Commercial Director to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Take primary responsibility in managing client accounts, establishing strong relationships and identify growth opportunities.
Become an expert within selected local betting markets.
Develop intimate knowledge of the products & Services and how they support their customers.
Deliver market intelligence and competitor information into the business.
A genuine passion for sport and/or betting.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Confident presenting to groups & senior individuals.
Ability to create long lasting relationships and deliver a high standard of client service.
Analytical skills and ability to manipulate data effectively.
Working with the CEO and Senior Management to support and deliver against the business development opportunities identified.
Establish and grow new business opportunities against target.
Implement a suitable communication & Account Management strategy for existing clients.
Work with the Marketing team to define and deliver against the core business material required for commercial opportunities.
Cascade industry insights and attend industry events.
Key account management against existing clients through regular service reviews and contract renewals.
Identify and deliver commercial growth against existing client’s products and services.
Identify product and service gaps within the market and existing clients to drive the product strategy for growth.
