SALES LEDGER CLERK | ref.MF807

We currently have an interesting opportunity available for a hardworking and organised individual. Our client is seeking an individual with excellent communication and numerical skills to join their busy team and develop their knowledge and experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing supplier and expense invoices.
  • Processing payments.
  • Monthly reconciliations.
  • Answering queries via telephone and email.
  • Liaising with managers.
  • Filing invoices and statements.

Skills and experience:

  • The successful candidate will ideally have previous sales ledger / account clerk experience but this is not essential and full training will be provided.
  • The role holder will be willing to work hard to a high level of accuracy and will possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

This role is ideal for a school or college leaver looking to gain experience in an office environment and develop their knowledge.
