  • Monitor system access patterns to pre-empt potential security threats and contribute to overall security posture.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of Information Security training programs across departments.
  • Support ongoing awareness initiatives related to information security risks and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, with at least 1 year focused on network/cloud security, identity access management (IAM), and role-based access control (RBAC).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with access management solutions and identity management protocols.
  • Knowledge of compliance and risk management, particularly in relation to regulatory requirements such as GDPR and PCI-DSS.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across different teams and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with IT security training and awareness programs is an advantage.
