Our client is currently seeking a Senior Administrator. The purpose of the role is to support the finance team in running the company's billing function and providing assistance within the team for projects and on-going tasks.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to, producing draft fees, reviewing and posting timesheets on a daily/weekly basis, updating time recording and billing sections within Microsoft NAV, assisting the management team with weekly and month end reporting and liaising with clients and internal members of staff to ensure the distribution of final fess within a timely manner.
The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel and a good knowledge of Microsoft NAV, as well as excellent customer service and people skills.
