An exciting opportunity has appeared regarding a role as Senior Administrator.
As Senior Administrator, you will report to your Team Leader, overseeing the day-to-day administration as well as providing guidance and support to junior members of staff. Successful applicants will be self-motivated and diligent, ensuring all work is addressed quickly and produced to a high standard. This role demands strong interpersonal skills, with frequent liaising and general contact expected between colleagues and clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Take responsibility for the day-to-day administration of client entities within your portfolio reporting to your Team Leader/Manager.
Distribute work and oversee the workloads of Junior members of staff.
Provide mentoring, support and guidance to Junior members of staff and peer support to other Senior Administrators across the Company.
Ensure your client files are set up and regularly reviewed in accordance with Company procedures.
Ensure that other departments within the organisation such as Accounts, Statutory and Compliance which may be responsible for serving your clients from time to time are provided the necessary guidance and support from yourself and your team to enable them to undertake their role in an efficient manner and to a satisfactory standard.
Ensure that all key client deadlines (including any deadlines which you may not be directly responsible for) in respect of your client entities are met.
Liaise with intermediaries, clients, employees of client Companies, banks, PSPs, tax and legal advisers regarding client set up and structuring.
Liaise with Government agencies such as the GSC, DfE, VAT/Customs departments as necessary.
Represent the Company at various events both on Island and off Island when required.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in a CSP environment.
Preferably e-gaming experience.
Possess strong organisational and time keeping skills, adhering to deadlines and client expectations.
Possess strong interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining colleague and client relations.
