SENIOR ADMINISTRATOR – INFORM | ref.MF421
This role will involve answering both telephone and email queries as well as proactively contributing to designing and delivering the most positive experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities: To ensure that all calls and email enquiries are handled in a professional manner, taking ownership of recording and following these through to resolution. Ensure sufficient departmental phone cover/email cover is consistently in place. To recognise any complaints received within the area and refer appropriately within the required timescales.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role. Have excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail. A confident self-starter with a desire to develop in a customer centric environment.
