Job Description

Our client is looking to recruit a Senior Administrator for their Payments Team based in Isle of Man. As a Senior Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative and operational support to the Payments Team.

The ideal candidate should have experience in Customer Service and possess strong administrative skills to effectively coordinate and manage payment processes. You will be responsible for handling payment administration tasks, communicating with customers to resolve payment-related queries, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer service-oriented role
  • Demonstrable administrative and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Good understanding of AML / KYC requirements
  • 2 years' experience within a Life Assurance company
