SENIOR CLIENT ADMINISTRATOR | ref.MF13
Our client has an interesting opportunity available for an experienced Senior Client Administrator to join their busy Client Services team.
Reporting to the Senior Manager – Client Services you will support the administration team and act as the primary point of contact for clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Managing Client Relationships: You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and completing the relevant administration.
Coordinating Client Communication: You will act as the primary point of contact for clients and coordinate all communication between all parties. This includes email correspondence, phone calls, and in-person meetings.
Developing and Implementing Client Strategies: You will work closely with clients to develop strategies that align with their goals and objectives.
Providing Technical Support: You will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on the use of the company's products or services.
Training: You may be responsible for training and assisting with the development of junior members of staff.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Part or qualified STEP/ICSA or equivalent.
At least 3 years in a TCSP administration environment in managing a client portfolio.
CCH, Viewpoint and Laserfiche would be an advantage but not essential.
A desire to progress your career.
Excellent communication skills.
Able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
