Our client is currently seeking a Senior Compliance Administrator to provide administrative support and assistance to the compliance team.
Key Responsibilities: Bring customer complaints to a swift, efficient and cost-effective conclusion ensuring a fair customer outcome. Maintain the Company’s complaints register and complaints records. Undertake the production of monthly compliance monitoring statistics. Provide assistance to internal or external auditors in compliance reviews.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role. Experience in customer service and complaints management. Hold a relevant professional qualification or degree.
