Our client is seeking a Permanent Senior Compliance Manager for a role based in Isle of Man. As the Senior Manager in Risk & Compliance, the primary responsibility will be to ensure compliance with Isle of Man regulatory requirements, complete regulatory reporting and submissions, and manage people.

Main Responsibilities and Duties include acting as Compliance Officer and DMLRO for IOM, managing responsibilities for regulatory requirements, developing new AML, CFT and Compliance policies, providing guidance to the business, maintaining accurate MI records, producing reports, reviewing new business packs and Client Due Diligence, completing ad-hoc Risk & Compliance projects, promoting awareness of regulatory principles, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, maintaining an up to date understanding of relevant legal and regulatory requirements, and attending relevant seminars and conferences.
