Our client currently has a vacancy within their Customer Services team for a Senior Customer Services Administrator.
Key Responsibilities: Reviewing new business applications. Providing constructive feedback and support to colleagues. Ensuring that new business applications have been accepted and processed in line with internal guidelines and procedures. Contacting Financial Advisers and Customers to request outstanding information.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within life assurance, ideally within new business. A good understanding of AML regulations.
