Our client is seeking Senior Customer Service Advisors.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service is provided to existing customers who contact our client by various channels. You will support the team leader in achieving the Service Level Agreements set and quality benchmarks. Proactively acting on behalf of the business to ensure an excellent customer experience by embracing the behaviours of the business you will be able to provide the service required to meet expected activity levels and ensure customer satisfaction levels are of a high standard.
The successful candidate will have a desire to provide exceptional customer service, be motivated, dedicated and have excellent communication skills.
