Experienced senior team members are required to join a busy Customer Services team.
Key Responsibilities: Reviewing new business applications for Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism Financing control purposes. Contacting Financial Advisers and Customers to request outstanding information. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients in order to identify their needs and work out how to best meet their requirements.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience with a new business role. The ability to effectively manage customer and staff relationships.
