SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR | ref.MF699
6 month contract position.
Our client is currently seeking an experienced individual to join their busy Customer Services team.
This role would suit high performing new business / customer service experts with an in-depth understanding of customer due diligence, new business acceptance and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
Reviewing new business applications for quality and regulatory AML and Counter Terrorism Financing control purposes, contacting financial advisers and customers to request outstanding information, client servicing and ongoing servicing on the CRM system including web support.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within a customer services role within investments or life assurance, strong organisational skills and excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
