An opportunity has arisen for a high performing new business / customer service expert to join the Customer Services team of an international investment firm.
The role holder will have an in-depth understanding of customer due diligence, new business acceptance and regulatory requirements and will be responsible for providing support, technical administration assistance and general relationship management to brokers, sales and regional offices.
Key responsibilities include:
Reviewing new business applications for quality and regulatory purposes, ensuring that new business applications have been accepted and processed in line with procedures, contacting financial advisors and customers to request outstanding information and establishing and maintaining strong relationships with brokers, sales and regional offices.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a customer services role within investments or life assurance and strong knowledge of the FSA’s Guidance Notes on Anti-Money Laundering and Preventing the Finance of Terrorism.
