12 month contract.
Our client is currently seeking a Senior Customer Services Administrator to join their busy team for a 12 month full time contract.
This role would suit a high performing new business expert with an in-depth understanding of customer due diligence, new business acceptance and regulatory requirements along with strong attention to detail.
Key responsibilities include:
Reviewing new business applications, providing feedback and support to colleagues, ensuring new business applications have been accepted and processed in line with guidelines and procedures and contacting financial advisers and customers to request outstanding information.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in life assurance, ideally within new business along with a good understanding of AML and Preventing the Financing of Terrorism.
