Job Description


Our client is currently seeking a Senior Expenses and Invoices Administrator to join their busy team in Douglas, on a permanent basis.

The role holder will be responsible for the payment of all invoices and settlement of expenses and company credit cards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Verification of outgoing payments.
  • Handling company credit card payments and staff expenses.
  • Daily processing invoices through multi payment systems.
  • Dealing with complex queries directly with suppliers or colleagues.
  • Handling monthly invoices and petty cash.
  • Improving and developing payments process with a consistent approach.

Skills and experience:

  • The successful candidate will have 5 years’ experience in an accounts payable role within financial services.
  • Experience using accounts payable and accounting systems along with electronic banking payment systems.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel.
  • Strong communication and numerical skills.
