Our client is currently seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to join their eGaming team.You will be part of an IT support function that is responsible for managing live issues, providing excellent customer care and supporting a growing customer base.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to managing and ensuring operating viability of LAN (Local Area Network) and WAN (Wide Area Network) both wired and wireless for all hours of operation, being in charge of a technical support team for network devices, servers, applications for planning, deployment, and monitoring and deploying system architecture for AWS, Azura, Google Cloud platforms including planning, analysing, and solving daily technical issues.
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years' IT/Internet networking experience and have a solid understanding of networking (Routing, Switch, TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, CDN) and capable of identifying problems based on the relevant information.
