SENIOR NEW BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR | ref.MF894
Our client is currently seeking a high performing administrator to join their Customer Services New Business team.
This is an interesting opportunity for an individual with an in-depth understanding of customer due diligence, new business acceptance and regulatory requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Reviewing new business applications to ensure they are accepted in line the FSA’s Guidance Notes on AML and Preventing the Finance of Terrorism.
Ensuring new business applications have been accepted and processed in line with internal guidelines.
Dealing with responses via phone and email to requests for outstanding new application requirements.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with brokers, sales, and regional offices.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Previous experience within financial services, ideally within new business.
A good understanding of AML regulations.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to deliver against deadlines and excellent organisational skills.
