Our client is currently seeking a Senior On-Boarding Administrator to join their Insurance team on a temporary basis. The purpose of the role is to bean active and positive team member focussed on providing the best possible customer experience within the On-Boarding process for new and existing customers.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to identifying, understanding and collating customer needs, requirements and feedback, proactively identifying enhancements to processes and contribute towards their implementation and to agree to a quality standard of processes and contribute towards successful delivery.
The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years’ experience within a similar financial services environment and have a strong attention to detail and enjoy delivering quality outcomes.
