Job Description

Our client is seeking a Senior Service Desk Analyst.

The purpose of the role is to contribute and support the various production functions, systems and servers whilst providing support to Service Desk Analysts and the other IT Teams to ensure the efficient running of the IT service delivery across all WIN jurisdictions, adhering to our client’s IT procedures and standards.

The successful candidate will be ITIL Foundation certified and have a good knowledge of ITIL processes and implementation. Microsoft service products experience is essential, and a good understanding of MS products, such as CRM/ Outlook/ Dynamics ETC is preferred. Knowledge of Apple products, Citrix and Active Directory is essential for this role.
